Technology and Design GeneralistAdmissions Applicants for master's degree programs are required to have a bachelor's degree from a regionally or DETC accredited institution. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5 for all coursework attempted and must be able to submit up to 3 letters of professional or academic reference, depending on the program. Students who are admitted to a JIU degree program may transfer up to nine graduate credits earned at other schools.Financial Aid JIU makes every effort to make education an achievable goal for each student. As a result, we've partnered with various organizations and agencies to offer financial aid to our students. JIU offers a wide variety of services to students desiring financial assistance as they work toward accomplishing their educational goals. Financial aid is available to all students who qualify. Military personnel and family are also eligible for special benefits.
